Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and sealed in original packaging.
Excluded Items: Final sale items, cosmetics, swimwear, and intimates cannot be returned.

Do not ship items back to the address on your box.

Clear photos/video of the item and the shipping label
The reason for your return
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Approval Code: We will send you a unique Return Authorization Code and return address.
Shipping Cost: Customer pays return shipping back to our central warehouse overseas.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once received, our team inspects the item within 10–14 days.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method in 7-15 business days.
Received a Damaged or Broken Item?
Email us photos of the damage and shipping label within 3 days. We will send a free replacement or full refund right away!
